The Musical Lunchbox (Tuesday)

With Valentine Gale Sides Tasty musical treats for your weekday lunchtime on today's Musical Lunchbox! Kindly sponsored by Musical Theatre Fitness   CONTACT THE SHOW - valentine@boxofficeradio.co.uk

Valentine has loved musical theatre since before he can recall. There are photos of him performing the role of Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz for a specially selected audience of family members. Valentine was invited on stage for the Panto at the Theatre Royal Bath where he was in a scene with Roy Hudd and Geoffrey Hughes. From there he began his theatre training with Stagecoach, youth and rep at the Theatre Royal Bath before gaining his double degree in Drama and Dance from University.

As a teacher and director Valentine has worked on many shows including competing in the National Theatres Connections project where the cast were able to perform on stage at The Royal and Derngate Theatre in Northampton.

Valentine has been nominated and won awards in drama, dance, teaching as well as role model for the year. One highlight; as a performer was dancing choreography by Kevin Finnan MBE, in the Opening Ceremony for the London 2012 Paralympic Games to the Royal family and the world. Valentine as socialite and lover of the arts, likes to support Theatre and other performance venues.
