By day Mandy is a successful soprano. Her roles include Carlotta in Phantom of the Opera in The West End, Queen of the Night – Mozart’s Magic Flute – Bel Canto Opera, and Into the Woods at The Royal Opera House.
As a concert soloist she has performed all over the world – favourite venues include The Royal Albert Hall, Barakura Gardens Japan, and Ronnie Scotts London!
