Stephen blames ‘Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’ for this life he has led. At 9 years old, sitting in the restricted-view front-row of the dress circle, he had a religious experience when Joseph waved at him from his Chariot of Gold, and he decided right then and there this was the life for him. And it is remarkable that he went on to have almost thirty years in the business because he is still only 25…(!)
He has enjoyed a career that has taken him from London to NYC to presently LA, and from Stage to TV to Film to now Radio, Stephen’s journey has never been one that was planned out, but one that came from saying ‘Yes!’
And now he’s on Box Office Radio – and is so glad to be here. Because finally he has found a safe space to nerd out over the history of Musical Theatre, and the shows nobody else knows and no one judges (or if they do, he can’t hear them…yay radio!)
