Andy is a professional Stage Manager who has worked on a huge variety of shows for over 40 years.
Highlights in his long career have included, From a Jack To a King, Eddie Izzard – Live at The Ambassadors, The Mousetrap, An Ideal Husband, Blood Brothers, Joseph and Thriller Live! all in the West End.
On tour he has worked on Jerry Springer – The Opera, Jesus Christ Superstar, nearly the entire Gilbert and Sullivan canon for many different companies, including D’Oyly Carte and many more…
He has also been Stage Manger on 24 professional pantomimes – this man obviously loves stress!
On radio, he has presented for Wandsworth Radio, Riverside Radio, Radio Victory, BBC Radio London, MTR in Canada, Affinity Radio, and currently presents the weekday late show on Maritime Radio in London.
In 2024 he won the Gold Award for Best Specialist Content Show, for his show, Hooray 4 Musicals, on Maritime Radio.
He says, “I am absolutely thrilled to be working with Box Office Radio, as it gives me a chance to waffle on about a subject that I’m passionate about”.
