Box Office Radio is joining forces with the team at Musical Theatre Fitness for a FREE Musical Theatre Fitness workout.

Musical Theatre Fitness is the UK’s only HIIT dance fitness class set solely to music from the world of musical theatre.

This one-off event is being held exclusively for Box Office Radio listeners and you are invited to join us. The fitness class will be live streamed online so you can do it in your own space at home or why not get a few friends together and take part as a group?

All you need to take park is access to the internet so you can follow the professional instructors on your pc, laptop, or mobile device. Spaces are limited, so don’t miss out!

The event is open to everyone of all abilities but you must be 16 years old and over.
