Martin Callaghan

Hello there! I’m Martin Callaghan, I’m 53 and for the vast majority of my life I’ve performed in musicals all over the world. I think the only continent I haven’t performed on is Antarctica! I’ve always loved musicals and one of my earliest memories was watching Tommy Steele in Hans Christian Andersen at the Palace Theatre Manchester. A child of the 80s, Matt grew up adoring the arts. His earliest memories of Musicals come from watching VHS tapes while visiting his Nan on weekends in Wales, and his first experiences with live theatre came from the Panto’s he would attend as a child. As a singer / songwriter, Matt did try his hand at performing in Musicals while attending high school in Canada. Mike Stocks

Mike Stocks has been an avid fan of musical theatre from an early age. Whilst taking part in school productions of Jesus Christ Superstar, Guys & Dolls, The Mikado and more whilst deepening his passion for musicals, Mike also realised he was probably better suiting to enjoying shows from the stalls than singing in them! Murray Keir

Murray grew up attending youth theatre from 2011 til 2019. During this time he took part in several productions including Chicago, Little Shop of Horrors, as well as 7 Professional Pantos. He left school at 16 and began studying drama where he graduated from Queen Margaret Univeristy with a BA Hons in Drama, Theatre and Performance. He currently works at his old Youth Theatre as a Senior Drama Practitioner leading drama and theatre workshops as well as directing shows. I started my radio career back in the early 1990’s (yes, I was a child star!) working for the BBC in the Midlands with a show of my own creation called “Theatreland”. Rosie Browne

Hi! Rosie here! I’ve been a musicals fan since a young age, I can remember listening to cast recordings that I stole from my mums collection until the tapes wore out and my love for theatre has only become stronger as I’ve grown older! I attended a local theatre school from age 10-16 and regularly took part in local youth theatre both on stage and as an assistant director as a teen. My love of theatre and musicals started at a young age when I first joined my local dance school. From there, I moved onto the local youth theatre and was involved in many plays and musicals throughout the years. I’ve always been creative and even to this day make models of shows I have seen, recreating the set designs in miniature.
